Who we are

Wahid’s Holdings Ltd, company number 15085850, registered in England and Wales, is the data controller for this website. Privacy questions go to shop@wahidholdings.co.uk.

What we collect

When you send the contact form we collect the name, email address and any order or sizing details you choose to include, so that we can answer you. When you place an order, our payment provider collects the details needed to take payment and our carrier collects the delivery address; card details are not stored on this site.

Cookies and similar storage

We store a single preference in your browser to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies. Optional analytics are off until you accept them. Full detail is in our cookie notice.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Order records are kept for the period required for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to a particular use. Email shop@wahidholdings.co.uk with your request and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run the shop — payment processing, delivery and hosting — and only what each needs to do its job. We do not sell personal data.
