The agreement

Terms of sale

The basis on which orders are accepted, priced, delivered, returned and, if necessary, disputed.

These terms

These terms apply to orders placed with Wahid’s Holdings Ltd, company number 15085850, through this website. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm despatch by email; until then we may decline an order — for example if a piece has sold out, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot deliver to the address given.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are shown before you confirm payment. Payment is taken through our payment provider; we do not store card details.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates unless we agree otherwise in writing. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.

Cancelling and returns

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you may cancel within fourteen days of receiving your order by contacting us with your order number. Items must be returned unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Once a returned item has been checked we refund the price paid for it. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item was faulty or sent in error. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty items

If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will replace it or refund it, including reasonable return costs.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms, but we are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Complaints and law

Complaints go to shop@wahidholdings.co.uk and we aim to reply within two working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes consumer protections you are entitled to in your own country of residence.
